Anymore than twice a day and you will burn out and quit.Intensity is how fast do you run, or how hard do you push yourself during your gym time. You should exercise for at least forty minutes, a maximum is ninety minutes. Push yourself so your heart rate is elevated for the majority of the exercise. Don't forget to do cool-down exercises.
