Lunexia Sleep Aid
by princy william (2019-03-05)
If you are feeling Lunexia Sleep Aid Review fatigued all the time and you are certain that there isn' t anything medically wrong with you, it may well be down to your lifestyle. Lifestyle choices play an important part in how good or bad your sleep will be and the choices that we make can be what causes tiredness constantly. Read on to see what I am talking about. In the modern world a staggering 65% of the population are losing sleep to stress and it affects more women than men. You see, the problem is that when we are stressed the body releases adrenalin which is, of course, a stimulant. It heightens the nerves and the senses and puts the body into fight or flight mode thus preventing the release of Seratonin which is needed for the body to prepare for sleep mode. A way to ensure that you go to bed less stressed is to prepare yourself for sleep. By this I mean try things like take a warm bath, listen to relaxing music, or try meditation. All these things can lower your stress levels sufficiently to get a good nights sleep.Another lifestyle choice we make is the food that we eat. Quick fix snacks such as hamburgers, fries pizza and caffeine drinks such as coke, energy drinks or coffee play an important part in how we sleep. For example in terms of digestion, the body needs longer to digest spicy foods, red meats and fatty foods. This means that our body will expend a lot of energy digesting these foodstuffs as large amounts of blood are directed to the digestive system. This in turn takes the blood flow away from the brain which is needed to direct all the processes of your sleep cycle. Obviously caffeine acts as a stimulant which send endorphins to the brain to tell your body to start producing adrenalin, which in turn inhibits Seratonon production.
